As president of Total Turf Services, Inc. Mark has over 30 years experience in the Green Industry. He started the company Pennink Arrimour which provided Landscape and Golf Services in the Northeast. The company’s rapid growth was generated by providing high quality and high safety standard that clients demanded. Mark is a black belt in Six Sigma and sits on industry and local boards. Total Turf Services has developed into one of the top Golf Renovation/Irrigation Companies in the country. Many courses that Total Turf Services has worked on have won National Recognition, such as Golf Renovation of the year 2004 for White Manor Country Club, Malvern, PA. The company’s main goal is to provide quality work in a safe environment for our employers and clients.

Greg recently joined Total Turf Golf Services in November 2010 as the Director of Operations. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Stockbridge School of Agriculture, Greg has spent the past 15 years working in the golf course industry, most recently spending the past 10 years as the Golf Course Superintendent and later the Director of Golf Operations at Jericho National Golf Club in New Hope, Pa. Greg’s previous work experience includes not only daily golf course operations but also a wide variety of golf course construction and renovation experience. Greg’s construction experience includes work at Jericho National Golf Club and Pine Valley Golf Club. Greg’s past work experiences will play a key role in the overall operations, customer satisfaction and expansion of our golf course and renovation business and the development and growth of the company.

After achieving his bachelor’s degree in business management in 2006 Bryon came into the company as a full time employee. Prior to working full time at Total Turf Bryon worked many summers in golf course construction and maintenance, landscaping, and general construction. He brings many new skills and ideas into the company, helping us become more efficient in our daily operations. Bryon has worked on many local golf courses in the area including: Saucon Valley C.C., Overbrook C.C., Gulph Mills G.C., Squires G.C., Lookaway C.C., Applebrook C.C., Meadowlands C.C., Lanarch C.C., Doylestown C.C., and Hersey’s Mill G.C.

Richard joined us in September of 2011 as Sr. Project Manager. Richard brings with him a varied background in the golf industry that includes construction project management and development as well as being a former superintendent. Richard attended the Rutgers Cook College turf program.

Richard was a local superintendent and got involved as an assistant construction superintendent during the first 18 at Stonewall.

Since then he moved to the Carolinas and managed projects for a company there. After returning to the Reading area he managed several projects in the Northeast. They include Ledarach GC, Half Hollow GC, and The Crossings at Grove Park.

As a 10 year employee of Total Turf Golf Services, Carlos brings his extensive knowledge of golf course construction, renovation and irrigation. Carlos excels when it comes to project management. His attention to detail and organization is exemplary. Carlos has performed 18 hole irrigation system renovations and installations at, Springdale Country Club, Greenwich Country Club, Prince William Golf Course, Green Lakes Golf Course, Little Mill Country Club, Applebrook Country Club and Lancaster Country Club.
